Uses of Promethazine Hydrochloride tablets   :

Promethazine Hydrochloride tablets belong to a class of drugs called phenothiazines.

Treating allergic conditions like hay fever or rashes (nettle rash or hives)

Short term use as a sedative for children aged 5 years and above.

Promethazine tablets are not use for treating symptoms of asthma, pneumonia, or any lower respiratory tract infections.
